Creamy Chicken Parmasean

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces1/2 cup diced onions3 tsp crushed garlicseasoned flour to coat chicken.canola oil1 cup water1/2 cup grated parmasean8 oz low fat sour cream1/2 cup to a cup of low fat milk (could use skim)white rice (could substitute brown)
Directions
Saute onions until tender in a large pan, add garlic.
Dust diced chicken in seasoned flour and put into onion and garlic mixture.
Let brown and cook until just done
Add water to start making the sauce
Stir to get the flour from the chicken incorporated into the water
Add the sour cream and the parmasean cheese
Let cook for a couple of minutes
If too thick add milk to desired thickness. Let cook on low for 10 to 15 minute.
Pour over cooked rice
