Blueberry Oat Whole Wheat Cookies

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup Oats1.5 t Baking Powder1/4 t Salt1/2 C light butter/margarine such as Promise3/4 C white Sugar1 T lemon juice1 large Egg1/4 C nonfat plain greek yogurt or low-fat sour cream1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 t Vanilla Extract2 Cups Blueberries1/4 cup sliced Almonds (if desired)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, flax, and salt and set aside. In separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and lemon juice. Add egg, yogurt (or sour cream), and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Combine blueberries and almonds. Chill 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Use tablespoon to spoon onto greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes, rotating pan half way through.
