Mozzarella turkey meatballs

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup seasoned salt free breadcrumbs1/2 cup part skim mozzarella, shredded1/4 cup minced onion2 garlic cloves minced2 Tbsp parsley, chopped16 oz 99 % fat free ground turkey1 jar tomato sauce
Directions
Mix egg, cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, and mozzarella. Next mix with the turkey meat and form 20 1 & 1/2 inch meatballs. Spray a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes @ 350*. Then transfer to a crockpot with the jar of sauce. Cook on LOW 2-4 hours.

    I made these for a potluck at work and they were a HUGE hit, I actually didn't even get to taste them bc when I went to grab some they were gone.. Everyone was asking me the next day to make more, I will be making them again..Thanks :) - 2/4/14

    I didn't have onion so I didn't use it and I used mexican style taco cheese instead of mozzarella, but it smelled so good- definitely a keeper! I made these the day before, cooked them and kept in the fridge until I stuck them in the crockpot for a few hours with the sauce to warm up. - 4/28/10
