Turkey and White Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey 93% lean1 large onion, chopped1/3 cup all purpose flour4 cups chicken broth3 cups half and half1 can white navy beans, or small white beans, drained1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies, drained1/2 tbsp chili powder1/2 tbsp ground cumin1/2 tsp white pepper2 cups grated mexican blend cheese1 cup sour creamOptiopnal ingredients not included in calorie calculationChopped fresh cilantro1 tbsp hot pepper saucePurchased tomatillo or green chili salsa
Directions
Saute turkey and onions in large pot over medium heat, about 15 minutes. Add flour and stir 5 minutes (do not brown). Gradually whisk in chicen broth and half and half. Simmer gently until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add white beans, chopped green chilies, and the next 3 ingredients. Simmer, about 20 minutes. Add grated cheese and sour crean; stir until cheese melts (don't boil).
Garnish with cilantro and green salsa. 10 - 12 servings.
