Ingredients
1 cup Splenda1/2 cup PC Celeb margarine2 eggs4 ripe bananas, mashed2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour one 9x13" cake pan.
Cream together the margarine and splenda.
Add eggs, bananas, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes. Cool and frost if desired.

    I did this cake today I liked it allot, I added a little low fat milk and nuts it was good. So easy to make. I'd do it again. - 5/7/10

    I made this recipe, I used 1 cup all purpose and 1 cup 7 grain flour, so I added 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk. This cake did not raise very much and still seemed dry. I don't think I would make this again. - 2/12/09
