Califonia Omelet

Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white1 slice cooked bacon1/2 slice low fat swiss cheese2 tbsp canned green chili peppers diced1/4 avacado
Directions
whisk egg and egg white, pour into omelet pan and cook to set, add crumbled bacon and green chilis to 1/2 the omelet.
Top with 1/2 slice cheese. Fold omelet over and top with sliced avacado. I also add fresh salsa to the topping for 10 additional calories.
