avoocado, red onion, jalapeno, tomato, garlic, cliantro, salt, lime juice
Directions
Mix:

5 large avocados
juice of 2 limes
7 roma tomatoes, diced (seeded)
1 large red onion, diced
3 jalapenos (seeded & diced)
4 tsp. chopped garlic
4 T. chopped cilantro
2 T. kosher salt
pepper to taste

makes approximately 10 large servings.
