Carrot Raisin Salad

2 large carrots, grated1/2 cup raisins1 Tablespoon Amaretto liquorsprinkle ground cinnamon
Sprinkle liquor over raisins and let them soak for about an hour.
Scrub carrots and grate them. Toss with the soaked raisins and cinnamon to taste.
You can eat it right away but the flavors will blend overnight in the fridge. This is very flavorful and needs no mayo, salt or sugar to help it along. Mmmm.
