3 hard boiled eggs, discard half the yolks2 tsp light mayo1 tbsp hummus1 tsp yellow or dijon mustardDash pepper to tasteDash hot sauce (optional)Paprika for presentation
1. Boil eggs for about 15 minutes.
2. Cut cooled down eggs in half and discard half the yolks.
3. Mix the other half of the yolks with the remaining ingredients (except Paprika) until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
5. Sprinkle with Paprika.
