Ingredients
1/2 cup instant rice1 cup water1 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup raw onion (optional)1/4 cup frozen or fresh corn1/4 cup salsagarlic powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 2 servings

1. Cook rice per box.
2. In skillet add olive oil, corn, and onion. Cook for a bit on low then add the salsa.
3.when rice is done add salsa mix to rice.

**I add chili powder, garlic, powder, and salt and pepper to sauce but you can add at end.
