Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms

28 baby portabellas1 garlic clove1/2 small onion1/2 tsp dill weed, drysalt and pepper to taste1 egg beaten1 1/4 cup feta cheese1/2 cup bread crumbs3 TBSP of butter1/4 cup dry red wine
1. wash mushrooms and pop off stems.
2. finely chop stems, onion and garlic
3. sauté garlic and onion for 2 minutes in 1 TBSP of buter on medium heat.
4. add stems and dill weed, salt and pepper. continue to saute until stems soften
5. take off heat. mix sautéed mixture, bread crumbs, feta cheese in a medium sized bowl. then add egg.
6. melt 2 TBSP.
7. Stuff mushrooms, dip in melted butter then place in 9x13 inch pan.
8. add wine to cover bottom of pan
9. cook in pre heated oven on 400* for 15 to 20 minutes
