Beth's Red Chili

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds lean stew meat.1 box (32 oz.) beef broth1 can pinto beans1 can Bush's Chili Starter, medium heat1 28 oz. can Dei Fratelli crushed tomatoes1 8 oz can Hunts diced tomatoes1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 large sweet onion, chopped8 cloves garlic, whole2 Tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. cumin1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
Directions
Brown the stew meat in 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add 1 box (32 oz.) beef broth to pot. Simmer on low for 2 hours or until the meat gets tender. Reduce broth by half.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes.
Makes 16, 1 cup servings
