FILLING:8oz turkey italian sausage1 medium onion, chopped2 cup spaghetti sauce7 oz Fat Free Mozzarella cheese, shreddedCRUST:1 cup skim Milk2 Eggs1 tsp. olive Oil1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown turkey sausage and onion until meat is done. Add sauce and heat through.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, and flour till smooth. Add cheese. Pour over top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 6 equal pieces.
