3 large squares of graham crackers1 tbsp Brummel & Brown butter2 cups nonfat milk1 box Jello Fat Free Sugar Free instant pudding - cheesecake
Crush the graham crackers. Melt the butter in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Combine. Divide into 4 small bowls and press into the bottom of the bowl.
Combine the pudding mix and milk. Make the pudding according to package directions.
Spoon the pudding into each bowl. Refrigerate.
Optional: Top with fresh fruit or preserves. (Not included in calorie count.)
