Ingredients
One half box of Mori-nu Silken Lite Tofu4 oz cold water1 cup sliced unsweetened frozen strawberrysone packet acai berry smoothy puree frozen broken to piecesone med banana
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender blend on slow speed till all ingredients are well blended. Scrape side of blender occasionally to be sure all ingredients are moving into the blades. Makes 2.75 8oz servings.
