chickpea chocolate chip cookies - rice flour

* Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Butter, salted, .75 cup * Rice flour, white, 2 cup * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup * *1 1/2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 258 gram(s) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Egg, fresh, 2 large
Directions
blend all in food processor or blender.
I make butter softer by microwaving 10 sec or so but then must chill cookie dough a while to get good texture.
makes 60 walnut sized (before cooking) cookies.
i press down with wet hands before cooking to make smooth

375 for 15 mins
