Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)sweet jasmine rice, 4 serving (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Prego Heart Smart Sauce, 1.5 cup Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Cook the rice. Mix all of the ingredients together, except the Prego. Add 1/2 of the Prego mixture to the meat. Form into a meatloaf in a 13x9x2 pan. Cook for an hour at 350 degrees. 15 minutes before it is done, add the remaining Prego to the top of the meatloaf.
