Protein Shake Ideas - Add flavor to your bland shake

Ingredients
Directions
1. Any protein powder you have/use (whey, soy, etc)2. Jello sugar-free pudding mix, any flavor (but I find that chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, and the more traditional flavors work best).
Add approx. 8 fluid oz to any blender or hand-blender glass. Add your protein powder as desired. Now, carefully open the Sugar-free Jello pudding mix container so it can be resealed or transfered to another air-tight container. Sprinkle in approx 1-2 tsp of the pudding mix into your glass. Mix well. You can add more or less jello pudding mix to adjust the flavor. If you can seal the leftover pudding mix in an air-tight container, it won't clump, which has happened to me before!
This simple, yet delicious recipe is something I've been doing to spice up my protein shakes for the past few years. It doesn't seem like much, but try adding some butterscotch pudding mix to your chocolate whey and let me know what you think!
