Ingredients
Cook 1 cup brown riceWhile the rice is cooking prepare the stir fryChop the following:3 cloves garlic1 cup celery1 c mushrooms1c onions3 carrots1/2 green pepper1/2 yellow pepper1 chicken breastHeat wok, add peanut oil. When oil is hot stir fry onions, garlic, carrots and celeryWhen onions are translucent add peppers mushrooms and chickenWhen peppers are slightly softened make add cooked riceMake a well in the center of cooked mixtureAdd eggs, cook partially and then toss into mixtureWhen the eggs are fully cooked at the szechuan sauce.Toss heat through and enjoy with duck sauce!
