Ingredients
16 oz Ground Round 1/2 lg White Onion, chopped 1 cup Elbow MacaroniSalted Water to cook pasta 8 oz can Tomato Sauce + 2 cans water 1/2 can Rotel 1 Tbls Garlic Powder Salt (1 Tbls) & Pepper (1 tsp), to taste
Directions
Makes 5 1-cup servings

In medium pot, bring salted water to boil.
Add macaroni and boil for 9 minutes then drain.

Brown ground round in large pan with salt, pepper
and onion. Drain, if needed.

Add Rotel, tomato sauce, water, macaroni and
seasonings.

Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
