Ginger Soy Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 600 grams Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, .5 tsp Ginger Root, 2 tsp Garlic, 2 tsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp
Directions
Start oil heating in fry pan. Thinly slice chicken into strips. Add to hot oil and sear outside. Once all chicken is in pan and mostly cooked. add in salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, and onions. Stir while chicken finishes cooking. 2-5 minutes. Add in tamari and honey and allow to glaze chicken.
makes 4 servings about 110g cooked portion. Serve with rice or lettuce
