Chopped steak with mushroom gravy

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast3/4 cup cooked brown rice1 TBSP Italian Seasoning (I use Mrs. Dash)1 TBSP minced garlic1 1/3 cup beef broth1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 cups sliced mushrooms.non stick cooking spray
Directions
Combine ground turkey, rice, seasoning and garlic. Mix well.
Form into 4 even patties about 1" thick.
Spray pan with non-stick spray and cook patties over high heat for 2-4 minutes per side or until done.
Transfer patties to a plate and keep warm.
Add mushrooms, broth and balsamic vinegar to pan and bring to a boil. Allow broth to boil until reduced to about half (around 10 minutes).
Pour mushroom gravy over patties and serve.
