High Fibre Tropical Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 - banana1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt1/2 cup pineapple chunks1/2 cup blueberries1/2 cup 1% milk (or skim your choice- less calories)1/2 cup 1% yogurt1 tbsp of Pysllium - can buy from health food store
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until all smooth.
If you like you can add 1 tsp of pure maple syrup for added sweetness and great anitoxidants - it will add 52 calories for 1 tbsp and 11 grams of sugar to the recipe - or pure honey -1 tbsp.
When using psyllium in your diet ensure you have lots of water during the day.
This is a great natural way to get your fibre and great tasting!
