Thick Chili

Ingredients
500 grams extra lean ground beef1 onion, diced1/2 cup red kidney beans1/2 cup black beans100 mL of tomato sauceSalt, to tastePepper, to tasteCayenne Pepper, to tasteDried oregano, to taste1 Packet of Splenda (eliminate acidity of tomato sauce)
Directions
8- 1 cup servings

Brown beef, once beef is cooked throw in diced onion. Once again gets soft throw in tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans and stir.

Once all is mixed and warmed, season to taste and include splenda package.

Take off stove and let sit for a few minutes, divide into equal portions and enjoy!
