Mock Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained1/4 cup Veganaise1/4 cup chopped onion4 or 5 slices of dill pickle1 tbs nutritional yeast1 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp kelp powder1/4 cup yellow mustard (I really, really love mustard, so you can adjust this to your own likings)Pepper to taste
Directions
Mash chickpeas very well. I might even try a food processor next time, just to make it smoother. Add in chopped onion, chopped dill pickle, veganaise, nutritional yeast, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.

I toasted some bread and made a sandwich of it! Delicious!
