Garlic and Dill Shrimp for one

Ingredients
1 tsp Olive oil1 tbsp finely chopped onion1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic5 oz raw shrimp or prawns1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dilla squeeze of lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat heavy skillet. measure in the oil add onion, garlic, shrimp and dill. Cook just till the shrimp are pink and beginning to curl. Squeeze the lemon juice over and take off the heat immediately. Serve over rice or on top of a lovely salad.
