Fat Free Sugar Free Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 can nonfat evaporated milk1 cup lactaid nonfat milkSplenda or sucralose to taste (or 1 cup)2 tsp vanilla1 small bag frozen strawberries
Directions
Whisk all ingredients except strawberries together and pour into ice cream maker. While the ice cream is churning, chop up frozen strawberries and set aside. Once the ice cream has finished churning, pour over the strawberries and mix well. Put into freezer until desired consistency is reached. YUM!

    to DIE for! I made 2 small changes: blended 1 cup of frozen strawberries into the milk before mixing with the evaporated milk. And, about 2 minutes before the mixing was over, I added 3 tsp of cassis liqueur to the ice cream mixture to keep it from freezing too hard in the freezer. - 4/10/10
