Black Beans and Chicken (crockpot)

Chicken Breast, no skin - 4 breastBlack Beans - no salt added - 15 oz can Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen - 1 cupOne jar of salsa of your choice - 8oz jar*Philadelphia Cream Cheese - one 8 oz package
Add chicken, black beans, corn and salsa in a medium crockpot, and cook on low for about 6 hours. Can be left longer though, in needed.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir and pull chicken apart. It should shred easily. Add package of cream cheese and let sit for about 30 mninutes to soften. Then mix together and serve over rice, or wrap in a burrito and top with shredded cheese.
Makes about 10 half-cup servings
