2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats1/2 Cup Wheat Germ1/4 Cup Flax Seeds1 Cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped1/4 Cup Maple Syrup3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil1 Tbs. Water2 Cups Dried Fruit, Chopped
Makes enough for breakfast for a week for two people! But it can last up to 2 weeks!
Spray a 9X13 inch metal pan with cooking oil.
Heat oven to 275 degrees.
Combine Oats, Wheat Germ, Flax Seeds, and Nuts in a large bowl.
Simmer Maple Syrup, Oil and Water.
Pour over Oat mixture and form small clumps by mixing by hand.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Stir in Fruit and bake again for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool then store in an airtight container.
