Apple German Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/2 cup skim milk1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)1 tsp sugar3 eggs1 apple sliced thinly2 tbls butter2 tsp sugar, separated1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
preheat oven to 425

melt 1/2 stick of butter in 8" x 8" x 2" pan, slosh butter around the sides of pan.

Beat flour, milk, eggs, and 1 tsp sugar together until blended well.

In sauce pan, satay sliced apple with 2 tbls butter, 2 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, until apples are soft.

Spread apple mixture in bottom of pan. Pour egg mixture evenly over apples.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings You can sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve, but that is not included in the nutrition calc. :)
