This is delicious! I made it subbing in the ingredients I had in my pantry (can of diced tomatoes instead of tomatillos and left out squash, used ital seasoning instead of plain oregano) and it was OH SO GOOD!!!!!!!Will make again. Even my 10 year old ate it up! Thanks for sharing this yumminess! - 3/12/11

We LOVE this recipe. It is one of my husband's favorites, and he is not even watching his weight. I usually double it so we can eat it throughout the week. - 5/8/10

This was a very good meal. Only one person out of the four was not impressed and it was not my wife, who while pick up the ingredients said "yuck" in font of the kids. She was the one who made the comment how good it was. Will be make this one again. Thanks. :-) - 8/21/12

We love this dish - so easy to put together, so delicious when it's ready. My husband made it the other day so I could take it to work for a pot luck lunch. It was a huge hit! - 12/21/11
