Lentil and Rice

Ingredients
3/4 cup Lentils1/2 cup Brown Rice1 Tbsp. Oil1 large sliced Onion
Directions
Wash lentils. Boil lentils w/ 5 cups water & 1 3/4 tbsp. salt for 10 min. Add rice And boil 10 min.or according to rice directions.While rice cooks, saute onion in oil, When lightly brown add 1/2 cup water and mush. Add to lentils and rice.
