baked oatmeal

Ingredients
1.5 cups oatmeal1.5 tsp baking powder1.5 cupm milk2 eggs1/4 c vegetable oil (I use less)1/2 cup brown sugar ( I use less)
Directions
Mix and store in fridge overnight.
Bake at 325 for 45- 50 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt
