Random Tortilla Soup/Chili

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast16 oz crushed tomatoes with garlic48 oz chicken broth (1.5 cans)1 half avocado2 cups sweet corn4 stalks celery1 half large onion1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cumin powder1 tbsp garlic powder.5 tsp crushed red pepperCilantro to taste (I used 4 tbsp freeze-dried)1 tsp salt1 cup barilla elbow macaroni
Directions
Brown the chicken, onions, and turkey sausage separately and pat away grease with paper towel.

Combine all liquid ingredients and species. Add in turkey and chicken, as well as the spices.

Add onions, celery and carrots. Allow broth to cook for about 10 minutes or until veggies are slightly soft. Add in the corn, avocado and pasta and simmer for another 10-20 minutes.

You can crumble some baked tostitos on top if you desire before serving. My husband also sprinkled mozarella cheese on top of his soup.
