Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 cup diced onion1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)2 cups chopped bell pepper3 cups water1 T beef bouillon1/2 tsp. basil1/2 tsp. oregano1 cup cooked rice
Directions
Brown turkey and onion. Drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer over medium heat for about an hour.

Makes ~ 12 (1 cup) servings

    This soup was amazing!! Next time though Im going to add less meat, more peppers and I added garlic power and some pepper. I also added .5 cup extra rice. YUMMO! Will def make again. My hubby loved it!

    I have to agree with LittleButton09! This was a great recipe. I, too, added garlic and some other seasonings including a little more bouillion and I also included more rice, but that's just cuz I made more than was needed. It will be a nice "casserole" tomorrow as a result. Excellent! - 3/27/10
