Power Nana-Berry Smoothie

1 measure (the one included in canister) of Whey Protein 1 medium banana (halved, frozen)3 extra large strawberries (frozen) 1 cup of water
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend on low, stopping to mix when needed (mixture will be thick). Keep blending on low until mixture is smooth.
One serving makes two cups.
Note: Instead of tossing those seemingly overly ripe bananas, simply peel, half, then freeze in snack baggies for easy access!
