Spicy Sausage casserole

Ingredients
Pork Sausage, 8 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)*Passata, 1 serving (remove)Chorizo, pork and beef, 1 link (4" long) (remove)Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)
Directions
1. fry chorizo in a large stove-top casserole to release oil
2. add sausages and brown
3. remove from pan
4. add onion, garlic and chopped chilli - cook till soft
5. return sausages/chorizo to pan
6 add passata, red wine and remaining ingredients and cook for 40 minutes or so.
7. serve with grilled pita bread and green salad
