Low Fat Baked Buffalo Tenders

2 lbs of chicken tenders1 cup of Panko bread crumbs1/2 cup of egg beaters1 Cup of Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce
Pre heat oven to 400. Prepare tenders (clean and de-vein), dip in egg, roll in panko, continiue untill all are coated. Sprak a baking pan with Pam, lay chicken down and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minites, turn all peices and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven to broil. Place all chicken tenders in a large bowl, (chicken should be crispy at this point) pour 1 cup of hot sauce over, turn until all peices are fully coated, place them back on the pan and broil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, watch these closely as ovens vary! They will come out crispy and taste just like the real thing!! Serve with fat free blue cheese and carrots and celery sticks.
