11.5 oz of lean ground turkey1 medium onion (chopped)1 tsp mild curry paste2 tbsp of mango chutney1 tbsp cornstarch1 cup low sodium chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste2 oz raisins
Add ground turkey and chopped onion to frying pan and cook until done. Add 1 tbsp of curry powder and stir.
Add mango chutney and curry paste to turkey mixture and stir.
add 1 tbsp to cold broth until combined and add to hot turkey mixture. Stir in raisins and heat until thickened.
