Pierre's Plain Light Dressing

4 oz Canola (Or light olive) oil2 oz Lemon juice w/ pulp2 oz water3/4 tsp old-fashioned grain (Or Dijon) mustard1 small garlic clove, pressed1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper1/2 tsp Basil flakes1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in convenient squirt bottle, sprinkle about 1 tbsp over Lettuce, fresh spinach, watercress, etc.
