White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
* Monterey Cheese, 20 oz * Cloves, ground, 1/4 tsp * Cumin seed, 2 tsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp * Chicken Breast, no skin 1lb. * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) * Garlic, 3 cloves * Onions, raw, 2 medium * Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup * Beans, great northern, 6 cups * Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
*dice chicken and cook in skillet; set aside
*add all ingredients into stock pot
*cook on medium/high heat and let simmer while covered, for about 30 min. Watch heat of stove.
*at the end add chicken.
*let simmer a little longer.
1 cup=1 serving
Serve with sour cream & corn muffins.
