Molten Lava Cake

2 T Butter + extra1/3 C Confectioner's sugar, + extra2 oz Semisweet Chocolate, chopped1 large egg1 large egg yolkPinch Salt3 T all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter two 6" ramekins, then dust with sugar.
Place butter & chocolate ina bowl in the microwave on high in 20 second increments, stirring, until melted. Let cool slightly.
In another bowl whisk eggs, sugar, and salt. Add flour and mix just until combined. Pour batter into remekins.
Bake 10-12 mins. until toothpick inserted 1/2" from edge comes out clean, and toothpick inserted in center comes out wet. Cool 10 mins. Run a knife around edge of bowl to loosen. Invert cakes on serving plates. Dust with sugar if desired.
