1/2 Chopped Red Cabbage1/2 Chopped White Cabbage1/4 cup slivered almonds1 cup fresh lemon grass1/2 cup grated carrots4T Tzatziki Sauce4 whole wheat pitasDill to tasteOregano to tasteBlack Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and stuff into pita. Should make 8 sandwiches (half a pita)
