Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 can Beef Broth1 can Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice1 small can of Diced Carrots (drained)1 can Green Beans (drained)5 small potatoes diced1 lb pork chops - cut into small pieces1/2 cup mushrooms cut into pieces1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced peppers2 cloves garlic - mincedsalt and pepper to taste3/4 cup water
Directions
Cut the pork into small pieces and season with salt and pepper

Put all ingredients except the carrots and green beans into a slow cooker on low and cook for 4 hours, turn up to high and add the carrots and green beans and cook for 2 hours.

Serve over brown rice (not included in nutritional info)
