Modified Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. Yellow Corn Meal1/2 c all-purpose white flour1/2 c all-purpose wheat flour2-4 tbsp splenda4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 c 8th Continent Light Soymilk, plain1 egg1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine corn meal, flour, splenda, baking powder, and salt
3. Add milk, egg, and applesauce. Beat until fairly smooth, about 1 minute.
4. Bake in sprayed 8-inch square baking pan 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cut into 9 squares.
