cabbage soup sweet and sour

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage shred6 cloves of chopped garlic1 and half extra large onions sliced thinly2 cans of crush tomatoes and water to cover it allsalt to tastegarlic powder about 4 table spoon can change to taste2 table spoons of sugar (or to taste)2 tablespoons to white vinegar (to taste)simmer to veggies tender then add brown ground beef extra lean (or pork or beans)
Directions
slice onions, chopped garlic and 1 table spoon of oil saute onions and garlic... add chopped cabbage in and saute...
then add tomato crushed and a can of water for each can of water

add seasoning and then take a separate pan brown meat if using meat and then put in pot// do not add any of the fat.....


simmer for about 3 hours till all tender
you can serve over white or brown rice remember you dont have to add the meat
