Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup chopped carrots1 box stove top stuffing mix1 can cream chicken soup1 cup 2% milk1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup diced green peppers1 cup diced red onion1/4 cup frozen yellow sweet corn1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, bake in greased (non stick sprayed) dish at 400 for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
