16 oz (1 lb) lean ground turkey1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I used the Lower Sodium box)1 cup water1 tsp. garlic powder3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Makes 6 servings, 2 meatloaves each.
Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing, water, and garlic powder in large bowl. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with spoon, and fill with barbecue sauce.
Bake 30 min. or until cooked through.
*Optional* The original recipe called for topping each meatloaf with shredded cheese, but I did not do that and it's not included in the nutritional information.
