Blue Bison Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb of Ground Bison2 oz crumbled blue cheese1/2 medium onion, diced4 TBS ketchup
Directions
Gently mix ingredients by hand. Divide into four patties.

Grill or broil 5 to 7 minutes on a side. Be careful, bison is low fat and can become dry, if overcooked.
