Sausage and Zucchini Carbonara

4 oz of Italian sausage, not in cases (your choice of meat)3 pieces of bacon1/2 small onion4 cloves garlic1 medium zucchini chopped into thin circles and quartered2 oz spaghetti (or other pasta)1/4 cup stock2 large eggs1/2 tsp nutmeg
Cook pasta al dente
Cut bacon into small pieces and crumble sausage, brown with stock in deep frying pan
Finely chop onion and garlic and add to meat
When meat is nearly cooked through, add zucchini
Continue cooking until meat is cooked and zucchini is tender
Drain pasta
Scramble eggs in separate bowl with nutmeg
Turn heat on meat and veggies to medium and toss with pasta
Quickly add egg mixture and toss quickly for about 1 min more
Serve immediately
